Start-up and commissioning

We test every appliance after installation: levels, seals, drainage, ignition, temperature, door alignment, and the settings owners never find on their own. You get a short written result per appliance.

Faulty out of the box

New appliances arrive broken more often than anybody expects. We diagnose whether it is a transit fault, a factory fault, or an installation issue, and we put that in writing so the claim goes to the right party. Under manufacturer warranty, we tell you to use the brand's program rather than take a fee we have not earned.

Installation-adjacent problems

A dishwasher that will not drain because the disposal knockout plug was never removed. A range hood that moves no air because the duct run is wrong. A refrigerator door that will not clear the panel by a few millimetres. These are our daily work and they are usually cheap to fix once somebody identifies them correctly.

Handover support

If you want it, we will walk the homeowner through their appliances at handover: what the cycles do, what maintenance matters, what to call about. It costs you a visit and it removes a category of callback from your year.

Warranty-period callbacks

When the homeowner calls you six months later about an appliance, send them here. We will tell them honestly whether it is a build issue, an appliance issue, or a use issue.
