One technician, one standard
The same person every time, so you know what your client is getting. Not whoever the dispatch app assigned this morning.
For realtors, property managers, and kitchen designers
Escrow timelines, tenant turnovers, and handover days do not wait for a four-hour arrival window. This page is how we work with people whose reputation depends on ours.
We come to the property, test every appliance, and give you a written summary: what works, what fails, what is near the end of its life, and an estimate to put each item right. You can hand that to a buyer or a seller as a negotiating document instead of an argument.
We work unaccompanied where you want us to. You get the technician's name in advance, arrival and departure confirmation, and photographs of the work area. Nothing else in the house is photographed.
If you send us to a property, we do not call the owner or the tenant directly unless you have asked us to. Scheduling, findings, and invoices come back to you. Your client stays your client.
One visit, several appliances, one invoice. Most turnover work is a laundry pair, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator that has not been serviced in years. We can do all of it in a single trip, which is usually cheaper than three separate service calls.
Designers call us when an appliance came out of the box faulty, or when a perfect installation sits three millimetres out and the door will not seal. That is a diagnosis, not a blame conversation, and we put it in writing for the client.
Mention the close date or the turnover date when you write. It changes how we schedule.
The same person every time, so you know what your client is getting. Not whoever the dispatch app assigned this morning.
When an appliance is not worth fixing, saying so early protects your timeline. We are not paid by the repair to pretend otherwise.
We work in houses where privacy is part of the job. Nothing is filmed or posted, and we do not discuss one client's house at another's.
