Can you come the same day?
Sometimes, if the calendar still has a window. Same-day emergency is a different price and we say so before you commit, rather than promising it on the front page and rescheduling you later.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Most visits get booked into the next working day or two.
A refrigerator that has stopped cooling is the case where same-day is worth asking about. A dishwasher that is not draining usually is not, and we would rather not charge you an emergency rate for something that can wait until Tuesday.
You get the name of the technician and a two-hour arrival window before the visit, not a four-hour window and whoever is free.
