Another technician already opened my appliance and left. Will you still look at it?
Yes. Tell us when you call so the technician arrives expecting it. The service call is still $85, and the diagnosis takes a little longer because we have to establish what was changed before we can trust anything.
This is a normal call for us, not an awkward one. Somebody diagnosed it wrong, ordered the wrong part, or quoted a number and never came back.
What helps: any paperwork you were left, the name of the part that was ordered or fitted, and whether the machine behaved differently before that visit.
We do not warranty parts somebody else supplied or fitted. We will tell you what we find, including when the previous diagnosis was right.

If this is your appliance right now, the phone is faster than reading. The service call is $85 and it is credited toward the repair.
