Appliance Repair Hub LLC is in-home appliance repair for houses in the East Bay and Marin County. We are not a franchise, not a dispatch app, and not a call center that sends whoever is free.
The company is registered in Martinez. That is the Google pin, not a claim that our clients live next door. The work is in your kitchen: Lafayette, Orinda, Walnut Creek, Mill Valley, Tiburon, and the rest of the zone on the map.
When you call, a person answers for this company. The technician who comes to the house is Viktor. He diagnoses, explains what failed and why, and gives a price before any repair starts. If we hire later, you will still know who is coming. We do not invent a crew of forty on this page.
How a visit works
The first question is usually the brand and what the machine is doing. We diagnose at the house.
The service call is $85. Viktor comes, finds the fault, and talks through the options. If you go ahead with the repair, those $85 are credited toward the work. If you do not, the visit fee remains. There are no coupons and no free-visit promotions.
If the repair costs more than a new appliance, or the part is no longer made, we say so in the kitchen.
What we work on
Washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, and hoods — seven machines, in the house. That is how one technician stays good at the appliances your kitchen was built around. Our zone is the East Bay and Marin County.
The kitchens we see often include Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Bosch, Thermador, Viking, and the usual American brands. We are independent: we come to the house, diagnose, and repair. If the appliance is still under the brand’s own warranty, we will tell you on the phone — that visit belongs with the brand’s program.
